What motivated you to work for Parfun?
I joined this company as mid-career recruitment. Originally, I was involved in the textile industry, but my motivation for apply this job was my interest in the sewing industry, which is the base to "making clothing", which I had no experience before. After joining, I realized it requires deep knowledge and I am still interested in it.
What is your job responsibility and mission at Parfun?
I learned, after joining the company, that there is manufacturing systems called "OEM" and "ODM". Currently, I'm in charge of "OEM" sales. There are many rules and trends depending on the customer, and with these characteristics we have to think what we can do. By searching for the real intention, you can find the customer’s point of view and way of thinking. In that sense, I believe that self-improvement is the overall goal.
Have you had a rewarding experience working for Parfun that you'd like to share?
By building a relationship with the customer, we can see eye to eye and aim for the same goals.
Even though we are in different positions, working together toward the same goal is rewarding.
I think it is the real pleasure being in the position of a manufacturer, that has both "things" and "people".

As we are a manufacturer, I can feel that we can make “something” out of "nothing".
