What motivated you to work for Parfun?
I’m inspired by Japanese culture on both a personal and professional level and I used to read a lot about self-discipline (Hansei) and how hard work is more important than the achieving goals. So I wanted to work in that culture where my mind keeps learning and practising to improve rather than it’s current outcome. I think I’m more than lucky to be with that culture.
What is your job responsibility and mission at Parfun?
As the world is growing, there are threats such as the scarcity for natural resources and worries about old ways of manufacturing, while the demand go up for new things or substitutes relative to cost all the time.
Here is the chance to think new and be competitive, innovative and selective.
My task is to bring newness to products and processes. In short it is the "right the first time" approach for quality, time and cost effectiveness.
